Required Qualifications and Job Description

• Over 3 years of experience in marketing communications
• Ready for a shift from agency environments to a brand-focused role for more dedicated work
• Equipped to support and provide timely updates to the director
• Has a strong command of MS Excel, among with other Office applications
• Capable of preparing and presenting presentations
• Fluent in English with skills in writing and grammar on par with Turkish
• Tasked with developing and rolling out the marketing and communications playbook for the brand
• Championing market research efforts and custom survey design
• Manages connections with all the creative minds and shops out there, including those in research and media buying
• Works hand in glove with the internal team, making sure campaigns hit the mark as per the marketing blueprint
• Looks after the budget, tunes up the marketing rhythm, and ensures content ticks all the boxes alongside global HQ
• Experience in real estate would be a major plus
• Comes up with fresh ideas and kicks off projects that resonate with the brand's vibe and strategic vision
